PADI Specialty Instructor
To conduct a PADI Specialty Diver course you must be certified as a PADI Specialty Instructor in the relevant specialty area. Hereof excluded are thePADI Specialty Diver courses Peak Performance Buoyancy, Project AWARE and AWARE-Coral Reef Conservation, die which are allowed to be conducted from PADI Assistant Instructor level or higher automatically.
To become a PADI Specialty Instructor in a specialty area you can participate in a PADI Specialty Instructor course, if you can proof at least 10 logged dives in the related specialty area.
As an alternative you also can apply for PADI Specialty Instructor, if you have certified at least 25 divers and you can proof at least 20 logged dives in the related specialty area.
For some speciality course are addition prerequisites valid.
